Well hello there :)

I've come back to blogpost with a blog post haul! Gotta love hauls. So, a few months back in February I got a chance to travel to Thailand and visit my family after 10 years! I know, I need to visit them more often. I miss them. :( Along with traveling back to my parent's homeland, I had a stop in Korea where they had wonderful shopping stores within their airport. I could definitely spend hours there without being bored by just shopping around, but sadly my bank account would be very upset with me. :( They even had a HELLO KITTY CAFE! oh em gee.. :O..

Anyways, I did allow myself to pick up a few asian cosmetics I've been dying to try! The cosmetics they have there were Etude House, Missha, Holika Holika, Castledew, Skin Foods, and more. I was mainly interested in Etude House, mainly because of their beautiful packaging. :P I eventually got more Etude House cosmetics in Thailand as well since they have a store there. I also picked up other cosmetics such as CastleDew and Missha from the Korean Airport and the Canmake and Majolica Majorica I got from drugstores called Lotus and Boots in Thailand.

Starting from top left to bottom right: "Canmake powder cheeks" in PW 28, "CastleDew Color Shot Eyes Eyeshadow Palette" in MJE? it's the most neutral colors, "Etude House Blooming Lipstick" in RD 304, "Missha Signature Real Complete BB cream" in No. 23 Natural Yellow Beige, "Etude House Dear My Blooming Eyes Eyeshadow Palette" in PP501 Swaying Heart Purple, "Majolica Majorca Jeweling Eyes Eyeshadow Palette" in GR791.

These are what the colors look like!

MISSHA Signature Real Complete BB Cream
I'm definitely going to try more asian makeup just because I like the packaging. yepppp. :D

August/September Faves!~

Products:
Queen Helene Mint Julep Mask: This mask is seriously awesome! I only use it twice a week and it really cleans my pores. I also use it to spot treat any potential blemishes and it reduces it the next day. I kinda use it like how you would use toothpaste to reduce the pimple. I sleep with it on till the next day and the bump is smaller. it's amazing! definitely something that could give your face a pick-me-up and it's only 3.99 at walgreens! great product.
Soap & Glory The Righteous Butter Body Butter: OMG! This body butter smells AMAZING! I can't stop sniffing it cuz it's that GOOD! Also, this body butter is thick and moisturizing without leaving a greasy residue! It really absorbs into your skin quickly, making your skin so soft. I'm seriously in loooove with this body butter. I don't think i'm going to buy an other body butter or lotions for my body except this. It's only $5 at sephora too! can't beat that. This is going to be a repurchase for me for a long time. :D
It's a 10 leave-in product: This hair product really does about 7 out of 10 but overall i think it's pretty good for just one product. It definitely detangled my hair as well as add shine and made my hair soft. I don't mind the smell in the hair. I can't describe it but it's not bad. lol I mainly love it cuz it left my hair soft after i blow dry my hair and shiny but it didn't control my frizz though, but it's okay not many products can do that with my hair. overall, did enjoy it for the month.
MAC "Woodwinked" eyeshadow: I love this color for fall! I pair it with a reddish brown in the crease and it's a perfect fall look. I put this color all over the lid and it adds such a nice golden shine. I'm just loving it. lol gorgeous color and great pigmentation as most MAC eyeshadows are. :D
Urban Decay Primer Potion in eden: I really like this primer alott more than the original because my eyelids tend to get really oily during the day so this is suppose to prevent that because it's a more matte formula. It works great for that! Also it keeps my colors on all day and I also use it to conceal my undereye circles! The color matches my skin enough to do that so i double it as my under eye concealer. love itt that i could use two different uses for it! definitely going to be a repurchase over and over. :)
Maybelline dream matte powder: Been wanting to try this for a long time and so far I think it's a good powder. When i apply it, it doesn't make my face look cakey which is great! It gives me a little more finished look with extra coverage. It controls my oils somewhat but not that great for that. it's just a nice finished powder. I enjoy this product too.
Nars Lipgloss in Ophelia: This product a little splurge for me. :D i'm actually in LOVE with this lipgloss. It's not super sticky but it's sticky enough to last a long time and the shine of it is amazing over any lipstick. I just love this lipgloss. Worth the $24 mhm.
NARS Blush in Dolce Vita: Another splurge item from nars! haha I'm loving NARS! I love this blush of course! It's sooo freaking pigmented! you only need a tap of this and put on your cheeks! if too much you will definitely look like a clown. haha But I love this color because it's like a dark rusty rose color and it's just perfect for fall.
NYX Mega Shine lipgloss in Beige: It's not a beige color thats for sure! lol It's a light pink with no shimmers! It's like a milky pink gloss and i love the smell of these lipglosses! it smells like fruit punch or something. lol Also the texture is creamy and smooth on the lips. The color pay off is amazing! super pigmented. For the month of august I always wore this gloss over a coral lipstick and it gives the nicest color combo. :D
Maybelline "The Flared" Falsies: I like this mascara because it does give me length without clumping my lashes like crazy! This mascara definitely only give you length not volume. So if you're looking for volume this one is not for you. I always get it in waterproof so it really holds my curl all day. so i like that. plus it's the packaging that really suckered me into this. haha dammit :P
MAC Blush in Pinch O' Peach: I loved this blush for the month of August! It gives the cutest pink glow to your cheeks but it's a matte blush. It's more of a sheer blush so you don't have to worry about over applying it on your face. That's what i like about it cuz I don't have to really think about it when putting it on. The color comes out but if you want a more intense color it's buildable.
MAC lipstick in Up the Amp: I started using this lipstick in september and It was a nice purplish color when paired with a warm lipgloss like strange potion lipglass from mac. It definitely toned the purple down and it was so pretty. Almost like a nice berry color. mac lipsticks are of course pigmented, so dabbing this lipstick on your lips will make this lipstick more wearable. :D
Revlon Matte Lipstick in Smoked Peach: This is the lipstick I used to pair with the NYX lipgloss in biege. It's such a nice coral color! And the texture is awesome~ I got this lipstick because a beauty guru on youtube wore it with a pink lipgloss on top and it looked gorgeous on her, so i wanted to try it out & I loved it too! The revlon matte lipsticks are drying a bit because it's a matte lipstick but it's not bad at all. You can wear it alone with no lipgloss and it still looks nice on the lips.

Hope you enjoyed the post! ^___^

Redecorate?

So about a month ago I cleaned up my room DRAMATICALLY! I cleared all the junk i had piled up in my room and just reorganized everything. Along with reorganizing/redecorating i had to buy some new stuff to add some spice to new improved room! Ever since i cleaned out my room i'm just always thinking about ideas on how to redecorate my room. It's like a new obsession! (uh-oh) so i went to buy some storage to put majority of my stuff away. I'm not done yet. i have plenty more things I want to buy to redecorate my room, but i'm slowly adding little at a time. :D

Here are a few things i picked up at the Container Store that helped me reorganized some stuff. ^^
^My jewelry stands. I bought two (one in the back) cuz i realized I have too many necklaces & bracelets to fit on one. lol plus it was on sale yay!^^My nailpolish rack (aka spice rack) to hold most of my nailpolish & my brush holder that I made myself. :D^^My New Drawers where i put my makeup & other misc. things^^Lastly, i got this lipstick holder which holds 12 lipsticks total i loves it!^

That's all the interesting purchases I got for my room oh and some scented candles. I love scented candles! I light them up in my room almost everyday~

That's all for now ^________^

I'm so excited!~

Today, was so gloomy and cloudy with rain and I had class from 8am till 7pm... I felt like crappp! I have so many midterms and assignments I have to do which doesn't really help either. oh wells. I have one more semester of University and i'm done! yay so excited! Oh, also i fell asleep in the library today while studying for operations research. I never done that before. lol It was a very awkward but refreshing feeling at the same time.

Also!

Is anyone excited for Halloween yet?! I AM!
I came across these awesome Halloween nail polishes by China Glaze.
The thing that caught my attention was the glow in the dark nail polish, which is "ghoulish glow". It sounded really fun to put on my nails and you can layer it on top of other nail polishes. I also seen a swatch of "It's alive" from temptalia's blog post about them and I thought it was gorgeous! It also comes with a black shatter polish called "Black Mesh" and a metallic pumpkin orange polish called "Cross Iron 360". I can't wait to try it!

June Faves!

Product List:
-Urban Decay Naked Palette: Awesome palette like everyone says! It's really pigmented & blends out easily. You can do so many looks with this one palette cuz of so many great neutral colors they have. This month i've been just putting my bare study paint pot all over the lid with the color buck in the crease & virgin on my inner corners & brow bone as an everyday look =)
-Benefit Coralista Blush (sample size): I love this blush! it give me such a cute coral color for my cheeks! It's very buildable & easy to blend out plus is smells soo nice! One the main things why I love this blush. haha
Essie "Island Hopping": This color is very similar to OPI "metro Chic" or NYC "Park Ave" but alot more pinker or mauver. is that even a word? haha well now it is! but yeh it's very pretty!~ i just love the whole mauve color nails even if it's not fall. lol
-Essie "Boat House": I believe it's part of the new essie brazilant collection. It's suchaaa cute coral color for the nails. it's like true coral color! It's adorable if you got a tan going on. I have it on my toes & it's a cute pop of color. =)
-China Glaze "Refreshmint": I wore this color most of june & I think it's reallyyy girly & feminine color for your nails. If you have like a tan or medium skin tone it really pops on your skin. It's really cutee ^^
-Beauty Rush Top Coat: I LOVE this top coat! It dries really fast like seriously like 60 minutes just like it claims to do. It really leaves your nails glossy & smooth. it was also only $3-$4 which is cheaper than seche vite! I think it works just as well as seche vite & the smell isnt as strong as the seche vite. I really like this top coat way better than seche vite to be honest. =) highly recommend!
-Mac Cremesheen Lipstick in "Ravishing": this is a cute coral color lipstick! It's very subtle & not soo bright which is good if you dont want to have such a bright coral lip. lol but it gives enough color to give you a really cute orangey tint. i like it soo much!! i've been wearing it tons this month.
-Mac Surf Baby Lipglass in "Strange potion": I like this lipglass paired with the ravishing lipstick. It makes a really adorable lip combo for the summer! trust meeee!! especially with a tan! omggg you would look fabulous! XD Plus it's pigmented on it's own & i just love the color~
-Sonia Kashuck blush brush: it's the pink with the silver handle. I love this brush this month for putting on my blush. It's kinda soft & blends out my blush well.
-Elf angle contour brush: I actually use this brush to apply my concealer it's really great for that! It's dense & small enough to blend under my eyes. great brush! =)
-Ecotools highlighting brush (came in a travel size kit the eye brushes one lol): I seriously use this brush for everything. lol I could do a whole eye look with this brush. i use it to put color in my crease & for blending it out at the same time. It picks up colors so nicely while blending out the color at the same time. It saves the hassle of using two brushes. It's just awesome. I love it. lol

That is all for my june faves! I hope you enjoyed Thanks for reading! <3
